Located on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed, shower room and storage room. On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom There is also a patio in front of the house with a dining table.

Shared large swimming pool (6 x 12m or 20 x 30ft), a garden, bowling green, table tennis, barbecue, children's recreational area and access to a shared washing machine.
