Kitchen area is carefully planned in both design and facilities, including 4 electric fire stove, electric oven, frigo-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary cookware.

First double bedroom with access to the panoramic balcony, and mosaic wall enriched with ancient sicilian tiles from Caltagirone and Santo Stefano di Camastra

1 double bedroom, with bedtables recovered from old stone features of a noble palace, skylight and wooden , with access to a small balcony and to the panoramic terrace.

Close to the room is the children’s corner, where a cot may be placed on request, with books of art and ecology, colors and drawing papers for babies.

Both bedrooms, as all the house, house artworks made by the owner and recovered features from the old house creating a special design, such as a piece of the old door or the ancient pitch stone tiles.

Second bathroom with shower for private use of the first floor bedroom.

Panoramic balcony provided with a romantic table for 2, for unforgettable sicilian wine tasting, dinner or breakfast with view over the historical centre.

Secluded  panoramic terrace, provided with gazebo, divans and lamps to enjoy the sunset when the town becomes a twinkling of myriad lights.

The exteriors are enriched with mediterranean plants such as palms, lemon tree, lavander, prickly pears, bouganville.

The house is cleaned before the beginning of the stay.

Extra cleaning or full housekeeping service is available on request and is extra price.

Bed linen and bath towels are changed weekly for more-than-14 day stay. Mid-week change is provided as extra service

The house is open all year, check-in every day from 8am to 8pm and check-out by 10 am.

The house has not private parking. Free and safe parking is easily available along the public road at 5 min walk only from the house.
