The ground floor is composed of the professional fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), the dining room with fireplace and a large dining table for all guests, the living room with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and of a service bathroom.

The first floor consists of:

Every bedroom has its own personal colour, equipped with satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone, internet connection, bathroom with shower. The Suite also has an independent entrance, living room with fireplace and the sofa can turn into a double bed; Going up a few wooden steps there is a terrace with a double bedroom.

The ample outdoor space surrounds this luxury Tuscan Villa with the lush garden which leaves the space to large terraces. The latters are furnished with comfortable garden furniture and are ideal to enjoy "al-fresco" meals while gazing at the infinite natural landscape that opens in front of the villa..

The owners live besides the villa in a separate cottage that leaves guests total independence and privacy while providing them with a precious source of help, advice and information to fully enjoy their Tuscan Vacation. They will provide guests with dinners on request. Welcome dinners available if prearranged.
