Description

The Ancient House  is located in the castle of this small medieval hamlet, has been the bishop house between the 1200 and 1700. Ideal for holidays in a quite location, but easy to reach any of the most important cities of arts in Tuscany or any attractions.

Ground floor -

Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine, dining room (with television, dvd, vcr) with access to the garden,  a bathroom

First floor -

Sittingroom in the entrance, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds,

Second floor –

Sittingroom with television (with dvd), fireplace,

2 double rooms,

a bathroom

Thrid floor:

2 single bedroom (for children), with toys

 The house has independent heating system.

 Final cleaning: Euro 15.00 per person;

Towels and sheets are changed once weekly (euro 15 each)

Electricity: euro 10/person weekly

Heating: fixed rate per day (10 euro)

Security deposit euro 200,00

Any person added to the two included in the base rate need to pay euro 45/week in low season, 55 in medium and 65 in high, plus the other charges (as the sheets, cleaning, towels..)
