The Villa has a total of 10 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, in addition the tower room has two beds and bathroom with shower which gives an overall accommodation capacity of 22.The SMALL apartment which sleeps 8 has two downstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining area with fireplace and two double rooms with four poster beds and private bathrooms on the first floor.
The BIG apartment accommodates 14 guests. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a double room and twin room, living room, open kitchen, fireplace and dining area. 4 double rooms with four poster beds and private bathrooms on the first floor. This apartment has access to the tower room which has two sofa beds, bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
OUTSIDE
The garden which surrounds the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms including the downstairs bedroom in the SMALL apartment.
The villa has a private parking area, shaded porch with two large dining tables, stone BBQ, children’s swing and a large 12x6 swimming pool with vanishing edges.

HEATING OF SWIMMING POOL: avalaible depending on weather conditions and outside temperature.
IF PEOPLE STAY IN A VILLA MORE THEN 1 WEEK THEY CAN CHOOSE IF THEY WANT CLEANING OF THE VILLA INCLUDED CHANGE OF THE BED LINEN AND TOWELS DURING THE STAY AT THE SAME PRICE AS FINAL CLEANING OR JUST CHANGE OF BED LINEN AND TOWELS AT 10,00 € PER GUEST.
WATER CONSUMPTION: in case of water problems in the area the villa’s manager could fix a limit of water consumption considered included. Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price of 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
