Luxury villa with private swimming pool situated in Palermo area, just few kilometres away from Trapani. The nearest village is just few km far from the villa .
In the vicinity one can visit the most charming towns and archaeological sites , such as the medieval old town centre of Erice, the impressive temple of Segesta, the island of Mozia, the Zingaro’s natural reserve, the Egadi Islands, Marsala’s salt pans, the beautiful Trapani and Palermo, just 30 minutes far from the villa.
This exclusive Villa is located in a sunny, quiet but not secluded place and has a stunning countryside view. Its wide terraces and the wonderful swimming pool area are the ideal spots to enjoy this lovely landscape. Its spacious exteriors and generously built interiors - that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people – ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
The interiors are furnished in a charming country house style and all the six suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are equipped with kitchen and a small living for total privacy.

Inside
The villa has 6 suite, obtained restructuring the ancient stalls of the farm, completely independent, and a common living and dining area where to enjoy the delicious local folk cooking, with the knowing handoff the chef.
The tasty dishes that you'll find at the table are made with fresh vegetable picked from the yard next to the kitchen , or with fish coming from the nearby fishing city of Mazara del Vallo.
Outside
A garden created at the beginning of '900 allow to sip a glass of wine in an equipped green oasis, surrounded from the vineyards.
The atmosphere is typical of the Mediterranean gardens: palms and hems of rosemary.
The swimming pool and its lounge area is just some metres far from the suites, to guarantee privacy and quiet.
Suite Beatrice
It is a single room of 11mt x 6mt which overlooks the vines cultivated hills. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. It is masonry with two sinks. It has a wide window. A fireplace heats the room, it can be seen both form the King size double bed and from the masonry sofas which can be changed into two comfortable beds. A wide table is placed in front of a large Indian styled window. The bathroom was built to put up disabled people. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning.

Suite Jana
In the Suite Jana ,there is a warm, welcoming atmosphere created by our use of two different ochres. The living room is next to the kitchen which has a cooking area with an oven and there is a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the bedroom area, constructed entirely in wood, which overlooks the living room space and has a queen-size bed

Suite Celeste
Suite Celeste is painted in summer colours: white walls and two tones of blue for the doors and furniture give the finishing touches of colour and brightness. In the adjoining room, there are patio doors opposite the queen-size bed. These lead down some outside steps, to an area with a little table and a deck chair. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove.

Suite Dorotea
Suite Dorotea has colours of terra cotta and white with accents of blue. The ceilings, finished in wood, are fully insulated. The beautiful view from the double bedroom can be better appreciated from the slightly raised bed opposite the window. Outside the house there is a table and deck-chair area.

Suite Solidea
The Suite Solideais put as the others among the houses which are around the cellar. The insulated ceiling is wooden like the furniture. The kitchen has a cooktop and is equipped with oven and fridge, it has several supporting surfaces to make your actions more comfortable.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the sitting-room there is a cast iron wood-burning stove, a divan bed, a table for four people, furniture for your linen. The bedroom has an air-conditioner, a double bed and a wardrobe; it overlooks a terrace with masonry sofas with some pillows and a glass table to eat outside.

Suite Enrica
Suite Enrica : on two levels, entrance into kitchen area, 4 steps down to living area and bathroom with shower. The bedroom, with double bed, is on the mezzanine level upstairs, enriched with a large balcony overlooking the vineyards. The wooden ceilings are insulated and the heating is provided by a wood-burning stove.
