This modern Villa consists of three fully furnished floors surrounded by a pretty garden (1500 m2), a solarium, two spacious panoramic terraces with private pool and sea view, equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrella.
This private and secluded villa has 14/16 sleeps and is reserved exclusively for families and small groups
INSIDE
First Level
On the first level there is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, another bedroom with 4 beds, one double and two single or 4 single, en-suite with shower.
Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.
Second level
The second level there is: living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.
Third level
On the third level there are: other bedrooms en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden.
All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces.
There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and a second bathroom.
The Villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area.
OUTSIDE
The Villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Buffet-style breakfast: Delicious breakfast where local editerranean flavours are combined with traditional English.

Daily breakfast service: coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, mineral water, bread, butter, fresh brioche, jam, honey, muesli, yogurt and boiled eggs. The cost is of EUR 10 per person. Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the garden every morning or, on request, in your room or the solarium with its beautiful views.

Heating for more then 6 hours a day: payable in resort according to consumption.

Cleaning of the villa twice a week and linen change is included in the price but if you would like the service extended this is possible at an extra charge: € 6,00 pp per day for cleaning service and € 6,00 pp per day for linen change: € 12,00 per person per day.
