Villa I Tulipani

Marvelous villa with outdoor swimming pool, immersed in the green of the land of the Etruscans, situated on top of a hill in the Bibbona area, few Kms from Bolgheri, Casale Marittimo, Volterra and S. Gimignano.

Its dominant position gives a spectacular undisturbed 360° view and gentle breezes enhance the peace and tranquillity of this once-working farmhouse.

The villa is tastefully furnished in the old Tuscan style and sleeps 20.

In case of need the big villa could be divided into two comfortables and independent apartments, each sleeps 10.

There are a total of 9 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, two of them are on the ground floor with direct access also from the garden and the others are on the first floor. One of the first floor bedrooms has a private living-room where it’s possible to add 2 beds.

All bedrooms have air conditioning supplied.
All ground-floor rooms exit directly in the garden that surround the house.
There are two parking areas, a large table, BBQ area and heated swimming pool.
It’s just perfect for evenings spent with friends perhaps cooking steak “fiorentina” together with a fine glass of Bolgheri red.

All this will make the evenings so special and forever unforgettable.

It's very easy to reach by car a lot of important Tuscan seasides:
in 25 minutes you can reach the white sand beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the sea resort of Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Rimigliano’s natural park, in the south of San Vincenzo.
 

It’s very easy and confortable also to reach Piombino and Livorno, that are the most important boarding places for the island of Elba and for all the others Tuscans islands.
In Rosignano there is a new tourist port that’s called cala dei medici, where you can see some of the biggest and richest sails of Tuscany and a lot of shops.

Villa I Tulipani  is very near to all the bigger Tuscan cities, that are famous for their ancient and artistic monuments and by the cultural point of view: so in 1 hour, 1 hour and half You can arrive in Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, etc.
