The villa shares a large swimming pool (6 x 12m or 20 x 30ft), a garden, bowling green, table tennis, barbecue, children's recreational area and access to a shared washing machine.

The villa was respectfully restored and elegantly furnished to preserve the charm of their traditional Tuscan style. The furniture was carefully chosen to make you feel both comfortable and at home.

This typical tuscan villa is equipped with independent heating system, wooden fireplace, satellite TV, broadband, linen and has independent private open space, with dining table and chairs. The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances, including refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers.

The Villa face rolling scenery of vineyards, olive trees and sunflowers.

Villa Ludovica is the ideal place to visit Tuscany and its capital. Florence is far just about 30 km from the villa.
