Plunged into a wonderful Tuscan landscape at the foot of the oak wood (in the summer season is not necessary air-conditioned because the range is considerable), the Villa is composed by two houses: large and elegant rooms furnished and decorated with extreme care offer a stay in a perfect harmony between luxury and simplicity. In the summer guests can relax in the patio area, that offers the opportunity to appreciate completely the charmer beauty of one of the most beautiful country all over the world.
The Holidays Villa has a wonderful garden with swimming pool: ancient trees like oaks, olive trees, cypresses, make the ambient rich of shadows and quiet places: the ideal place to relax and rest the body and mind. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged on request at the time of booking.

Luxury villa rental (sleeps 12/18) offers elegant and comfortable accomodation in a tranquil setting. Painstankingly restored by the owners, this 19th Century farmhouse nestels on the valley floor with views over the surrounding countryside and oak and chestnut wooded hills. There is a private swimming pool (5m x 10m, 1.2m x 1.7m deep) in the landscaped gardens and guests can relax in the spacious shaded patio in the summer.
The property consist of a main Villa and a smaller Villa on higher grounds. These are the bedrooms:
