Villa Nietta is a beautifully restored 7 cone trullo and lamia located on a quiet secondary road just 4.5 kilometres from

Alberobello and 15km from the sea. It is surrounded by Olive, Oak and various fruit trees in a large area of land that

provides a wonderfully private setting.

The large trullo consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, sitting room, large kitchen/dining room with seating for 10

and a utility room.

Outside there is a large sun terrace as well as an enclosed gated courtyard that is ideal for children to play safely with

covered areas for both eating and relaxing.

The 12m x 6m swimming pool is surrounded by trees for both privacy and shade and accessed through a lockable

gate for safety to stop young children wandering around the pool unaccompanied.

There is a games room with table tennis, full size table football, 42" plamsa television, Video and DVD player, stereo

system, playstation 2 with over 300 videos/DVD's, a selection of video games, giant jenga, giant connect 4 and

numerous other games
