INSIDE
On the ground floor it has a living room with a library, satellite-TV, radio, stereo and DVD unit. The entrance hall has an exit to the garden.
On the 1st floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 room with a bed, a bath/shower/toilet and an exit onto the patio.
On the 2nd floor there is a large living room with an open fireplace, an exit onto the terrace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with ensuite and an exit to the terrace, 1 twin room with 2 beds and an exit onto the terrace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer) and two bathrooms.
OUTSIDE
The terrace has a BBQ and deck chairs with stunning panoramic views of the sea, the valley and the resort. Below ground there is a pool/snooker room, laundry room and table tennis facilities. Villa Preziosi is a modern, cosy villa surrounded by trees, meadows and fields in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 5 km from the sea and the beach. There is 2500 m2 of private, well-kept gardens with lawn, plants, flowers and trees and a swimming pool (5 m x 14 m - open between 1st May and 30th Sept) with an outside shower.
