The six bedrooms are situated on the ground and first floors and can be made up as double or twin rooms. Four of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms all with bath tub and shower. The luxurious master suite has its own sauna and patio doors leading directly to the swimming pool and gardens.

At the touch of a button, an electric door on the first floor can separate two en suite double bedrooms, a lounge area and the second kitchen from the main house to form an independent apartment.

4 of the 6 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, and modern sink units. Bedroom 1 also has a sauna. There is a 5th shower and guest bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are completely brand new.

Kitchen:

Main kitchen is equipped with state of the art facilities, including a 5 ring/2 ceramic hob cooker with 2 ovens, grill and plate warmer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, breakfast bar and American style fridge/freeze with ice maker & filtered water.

Utility Room:In the Utility Room (bigger than most Kitchens) there is a 2nd fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Living Rooms:

The property has extensive living areas including the main open-plan lounge and dining room, 2 extra lounges with 32" flatscreen TV and DVD, the mezzanine seating area and numerous terraces, balconies and social areas around the property.
 

Outside

The beautiful 10m x 10m L-shaped totally private swimming pool forms the centre piece of the chic outdoor areas.

Flanked by gazebos and sun bathing terraces it is the perfect place to take a relaxing dip in the hot Mediterranean summers. From the outside kitchen guests can enjoy endless barbecues, cool, refreshing drinks and dine at the lovely al fresco dining area. To the left of the house is another unique area for outdoor relaxation – an enchanting grotto dating back thousands of years. Accessed via a winding garden path and surrounded by trees and flowers, the grotto makes for an unusual and memorable venue for parties and events. The grounds extend for 7 acres, gardens, woodland and an olive grove ensure, along with a CCTV security system and electric entrance gates, the total privacy of the villa.

the price, further cleaning or full maid service is available on request. Complete clean, towels/bed linen change on 7th day on 2 weeks plus holidays.

There are several golf courses within 45 minutes drive of the Villa.
