The Villetta has also been completely renovated and restored in 2008.
It can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 persons and has an area of 130 square meters.
The ground floor has two entrances: one leads directly into the welcoming and fully equipped kitchen with a dining corner; the other opens onto a large hall connected to a sitting area (from which you can access the upstairs) with a comfortable sofa bed. On the ground floor there is also the big bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has a bedroom with 3 beds with a wide corridor in which (on request) there is another bed. Of course there is also a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, adjacent to the kitchen, there is a wide porch that will allow you to have a well-shaded and sheltered area for your lunches and dinners.
Arrivals and Departures
Are normally carried out on Saturday (unless otherwise agreed with the owners).
The homes must be vacated by 10 am on departure day to allow the staff to do the final cleaning and linen change.
The weekly price includes: water (not drinkable), linen (sheets and towels), home delivery.
Does not include the consumption of electricity and gas that will be counted at the end of your stay.
